Seven Days To Feel Your Best

This guide is here to help anyone who has something coming up, from New Year to a holiday, a wedding, or if you’re simply heading out over the weekend with friends and want to feel amazing for it.

Who hasn’t experienced that feeling when the holiday you’ve been waiting for is getting closer and coupled with your excitement is that dread of having to be in a bikini?

We’re hoping that our seven-day guide will help and you can also use it to fall back on whenever you just need a little boost to feeling your best again.

Prep and Plan

Prep and plan is key to achieve your goals.

My advice would be to firstly make a shopping list (visit the Lucy Bee Shop) of what you need and ditch those extra packets of crisps or chocolate you bought….. just in case you’re tempted!

Start the week afresh and know exactly what’s in the fridge. The main philosophy we stick to is eating as close to nature as possible. This means organic ingredients, where possible and knowing exactly what you are putting into your body.

Another tip is to bulk up on recipes. Store extra in the freezer or fridge for the next day. You will need to make Monday’s lunch ahead of time so if you can fit in in, I’d suggest doing this on Sunday evening or Monday morning – I think sometimes it’s worth waking up that extra 15 minutes early to cook and sort your meals and snacks for the day, however hard it might seem at the time!

Day Four

Day Five

Who doesn’t like pancakes?! These use a banana, coconut oil and flaxseeds and our topping suggestions include Greek yoghurt, our cinnamon or blueberries.

Day Six

Today’s dinner is a real treat, Florentine Galette Pizza with Spinach! A fitting reward if you choose to do the Lower Body Workout with Meg and Karl.

Start the final day with a Parsnip, Carrot & Thyme Rosti; enjoy a hot chocolate in the afternoon; and finish the day with mouth-watering Sweet Potato Nachos.
